Autoblog and blogfarming

Blogging is become very very popular recently and the good news for bloggers is there are tons of high quality tools out there to support them.

For bloggers that use Wordpress for their CMS , there are a lot of very very high quality free or cheap plugins can be obtained easily.

There are plugins for SEO , plugins for security plugins for content, articles fetching, articles spinner or re-writer etc. and a whole lot more, you name it.

The development of those plugins also support “lazy” bloggers, because they now can build automated blog that run by itself (with minimum amount of settings).

For Wordpress blog, there are Wp-Omatic, Autoblog, Rss2smart plugins etc, that enable their blogs to fetch articles from various source automatically.

This autoblog are useful for autopilot income if monetize properly (for example adsense), and for promoting their main targeted blog or website which usually monetize using affiliate program, selling their own stuff plus adsense. This is done by interlinking numbers of their own autoblogs and target them to the main website (some sort of blog farming).

To make the main blog sustainable, they usually monetize this main blog very intensively, and post only medium to high quality articles , so this blog can operate safely. On the other hand most of their autoblogs that support the main blog, are made for this supporting purpose only, and not to generate income (especially adsense), because they want their main blog and their all autoblogs can last long.

A lot numbers of autoblogs owned by 1 person can be monetize using adsense, but the drawback is, google can track this activity and get those blogs get banned (along with adsense account of the owner), I saw some friends experiencing this kind of unpleasant event.

There are ways to overcome this problems, but I think, the best way to earn money online, is still by doing proper internet marketing activities, such as quality blogging (with high quality articles) that can be monetize in various way, affiliate business, article marketing etc.

Autoblogging is one easy way to blog and to make some money, but you have to be careful on how to do it. Eventhough you do autoblogging, invest your time in enhancing contents of this autoblog in order to make it last much longer.
