How to Make a Blog and/or Website
1. Things to Consider
First things you need to pay attention to is your future content of the blog you are about to make.
Just for example, If you want to make money from Google Adsense, you must pay attention to Rules and Terms of Services. For example, Google Strictly forbid content with these subject :
• Pornographic, adult content or vulgar content
• Illegal Drugs related
• Sales or Promotion tobacco related product
• Excessive keywords, repetition (spammy like) or irrelevant content
• Etc.
2. Several Ways to Make a Blog
The most popular are blogspot.com and wordpress
If you want free blogging but can use the adsense program, then blogspot is one of the best choice.
Wordpress can be use as a sitebuilder (blog builder actually), because, as far as I know, you cannot monetize wordpress blog using google adsense if you are using free wordpress blog (please verify this issue).
Because WordPress is very rich in plugins and other tools, therefore, most bloggers, buy their own domain name ( from godaddy, or namesecure, namecheap etc, price range is $7 to $15 per year) and hosting services and then using Wordpress script to build a blog, If you use fantastico, it will help a lot. This way, bloggers can monetize their blog as much as they like.
There are a lot of great course (you have to pay for this) that also give you prepacked installation zip, therefore using several clicks, you will have a fully functional Web 2.0 blog that have been optimized for search engine and ready to be monetize, assuming that you already have affiliate programs account and/or google adsense account ( I will go in detail to this affiliate and google account on another post ….. the good news is ….they are FREE!).

If you want a totally free blog, it is very easy, just go to http://www.blogspot.com or http://www.blogger.com/start wich will lead you to the same location, and then just follow the instruction (only 3 steps needed). Even this is a very easy process, I will write this process in separate post later.

Great post on starting a blog. I used godaddy, and I use blogspot for a lot of my other blogs, though mastersofseo is using wordpress. I really like your style of writing, it’s really easy to follow for the new blogger, which so few bloggers do. Keep it up, your blog looks very nice. My only advice would be to maybe take a few of the ads down. Unless your really making alot of money from them, at this post it just makes you lose your credibility. But all in all you’ve got a great blog. I just subcribed to your RSS feed.
